I’ve scaled performance marketing in two very different worlds. Starting with just £250/month in B2B, selling construction products to hard-to-reach decision-makers, where every click counted. To scaling to a £800k/month full-funnel operation in B2C car insurance, driving measurable growth across SEO, PPC, paid social, CRO and more.

 

Across both, the principles were the same. Know your numbers (LTV, CPA, ROAS), spend where it counts, use data to challenge assumptions, not decorate reports.
